30 Rock is a US sitcom.
Eugene Ipavec, 13 February 2012
In the 2012 episode Hey, Baby, What's Wrong, two characters go to the UN to petition for help releasing a third character being held hostage in North Korea. The UN diplomat they meet with is from Transylvania, which is presented as an independent country (the diplomat is suspiciously insistent that he is not a vampire).
The funny part is that his desk has a table flag, and that it is (given the cluessness
we see all the time regarding actual real-world flags, downright miraculously)
the correct one.

The show has not always been equally attentive to detail; a first-season
episode featured a completely fictitious flag attributed to the House
of Habsburg.
